This notice explains how Kyra Technologies (“Kyra”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It applies to this website and the ways you contact us through it.

What we collect

When you contact us — by email, or through a form on this site — we collect the details you choose to give us: typically your name, email address, company (optional) and the contents of your message. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about that engagement. Processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, after which it is deleted. We do not retain more than we need.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email us at hello@kyra-technologies.com.
